Bob Lind currently serves on the public company board, a private company advisory board and a not for profit. He has more than 30 years of senior-level financial experience, including investment banking, strategic venture capital investing, corporate management within a Fortune 25 company and boutique M&A advisory.

Prior to Berkshire Bridge, Bob worked at SAIC’s Venture Capital Corp and remained on the board into 2006, where he oversaw new investment actives and co-managed a portfolio of approximately 40 companies. He also served as an independent consultant to SAIC during the late 1990′s and assisted them in 3 M&A transactions.

Bob was one of Rockwell’s thirteen Coporate Officers and served as Head of Corporate Development from 1994 to 1997. During that time he led more than 25 M&A transactions aggregating more than $4 billion.

Prior to Rockwell, he was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, where he worked from 1983 to 1994.

Bob is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with two Navy Commendation Medals. He received a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from University of San Francisco, where he graduated first in his class.
