Selected corporate development projects are shown below:

  • Developed an acquisition process manual and policy document for a corporate client.
  • Assisted a corporate client in the strategic assessment of a business unit, determining gaps that could potentially be filled by an acquisition, and then identifying and assessing potential acquisition candidates.  The process resulted in a strategic acquisition.
  • Supported the Sale of the Rockwell Aerospace and Defense business to Boeing by developing valuations and analyses of various strategic alternatives for the company prior to the transaction.
  • Developed a divestiture analysis model to value and assess the financial impact of various sale scenarios.
