  • Financial advisor and negotiator for Meritor, Inc. (formerly Meritor Automotive, Inc.) in its acquisition of Euclid Industries, Inc., a leading supplier and manufacturer of replacement parts for the heavy-duty truck aftermarket.

  • Lead corporate development executive in Rockwell Aerospace’s acquisition of Aerospace Technologies of Australia Ltd. from the Commonwealth of Australia for A$40 million.
  • Financial advisor and negotiator for Arvin-Meritor, Inc. (formerly Meritor Automotive, Inc.) in its acquisition of the sunroof business of German-based Westmont Technik GmbH.
  • Lead corporate development executive in the acquisition by Rockwell Automotive of the window regulator business of Dura Automotive Systems, Inc.
  • Lead corporate development executive in Alcoa’s acquisition of the remaining 50% ownership of a joint venture called A-CMI from Hayes-Lemmerz International, Inc. A-CMI was formed in 1995 by Alcoa and CMI Int. (later acquired by Hayes-Lemmerz) to produce aluminum castings for the automotive industry.
  • Lead corporate development executive in the Rockwell Avionics & Communications acquisition of Technical Service & Marketing, Inc., a Kansas City-based private maker of electronic equipment for railroad cars.

  • Lead corporate development executive in the Alcoa acquisition of aluminum continuous casting micromill assets from Kaiser Aluminum Corp., including intellectual property and pilot plant facilities.
  • Developed valuation and recommended target pricing for Rockwell International in the purchase of Autarky Automotive Ltd., an India-based maker of window regulators.
  • Supported numerous Alcoa acquisitions including Alumax, Inc., Reynolds Metals Co., and joint venture with China Aluminum Corp.
