- Financial advisor and negotiator for Sargent Electric Company in the sale of its Meter Retrofitting Business to an investment group organized by Allegheny Financial Group through its special purpose acquisition company, Allegheny/Sargent Precision Solutions, Inc.
- Financial advisor and negotiator for Meritor, Inc. (formerly Meritor Automotive, Inc.) in the sale of its France-based sun visor business to Grupo Antolin-Irausa SA, a multinational automotive component supplier based in Spain.
- Lead corporate development executive in the divestiture of Rockwell International’s Railroad Electronics Division to Westinghouse Air Brake Company, now Wabtec, for $80 million.
- Lead corporate development executive in Rockwell International’s divestiture of the Rockwell Network Systems business to Osicom Technologies, Inc. for $11 million.
- Lead corporate development executive in the Alcoa divestiture of Caradco, Inc., a wood and vinyl window and door maker, to Jeld-Wen, a privately held building products company.
- Lead corporate development executive in the Alcoa divestiture of Dayton Technologies, Inc., a polymer window and patio door lineal extruder, to Deceuninck Plastics Industries N.V. of Belgium.
- Lead corporate development executive in the Alcoa divestiture of Kawneer Inc.’s aluminum window business to TRACO, a Pittsburgh-based window maker.
- Lead corporate development executive in the Alcoa divestiture of the metal beverage closure business of Capsulas Metallicas of Spain to MCG of England.
- Lead corporate development executive in the divestiture of Alcoa’s joint venture interest in Alcotech, manufacturer of welding wire, to ESAB, a Swedish industrial firm.
- Lead corporate development executive in the divestiture of Alcoa’s cast aluminum plate business, with annual sales of $30 million, to Century Aluminum Co.
- Lead corporate development executive in the divestiture of Rockwell International’s Mason City aviation parts plant, which employed about 100 workers. The plant was purchased by Filter Research Corporation.
- Lead corporate development executive in the divestiture of Alcoa Composites, a manufacturer of metal and polymer composite aerospace components, to Quarterdeck Partners, a private investment firm.
- Lead corporate development executive for Rockwell Automotive in the sale of its plastic products division to a private equity firm.
- Supported the Sale of the Rockwell Aerospace and Defense business to Boeing by developing valuations and analyses of various strategic alternatives for the company prior to the transaction.

- Supported Alcoa business units by developing divestiture strategies, including determining valuation ranges, identifying potential buyers and developing a selling process and marketing tools.
- Financial advisor to minority owners in the sale of their 49% interest in a private commercial construction company to the majority owner.
- Provided valuation and negotiation advice to a private manufacturer’s representative in the buyout of its agreement to sell record keeping and storage space for Iron Mountain.
